A combination of hits and misses

Impressive service! The staff were genuinely attentive—especially Nhu Linh at the reception—making check-in a breeze. The central location is fantastic, with shops, cinema, and restaurants just steps away! !

Unfortunately, cleanliness was a letdown. I encountered ants in my first room. Some basic amenities also required improvement, like uneven maintenance of the furniture. Soundproofing needs enhancement due to thin walls.

Friendly staff, great location.

I really enjoyed my stay in the suite with city view. the spacious room was perfect for relaxation, and the mini bar was fully stocked with goodies. The hotel has great options for unwinding, like the rooftop pool and a cozy lounge area. Although the traffic noise was noticeable, it didn’t spoil my overall experience—definitely a good spot for a city break! 🌇

We had a decent stay and what truly stood out was the staff. They made us feel special by surprising us with breakfast served right to our room which felt almost royal. Also, the location was excellent, with food vendors just a short walk away and the bustling markets nearby.

It wasn't exactly inexpensive but still acceptable for the experience we got.

Chill Suites caught my eye with its prime location. The city view suite was spacious and had a clean vibe. I loved how it was close to all the central attractions. The staff, especially Nhu Linh at the front desk, were friendly. They really went all out to help me. The shower pressure was fantastic, but I did notice some inconsistency with water pressure in other rooms. The surrounding area was quite lively, but the noise from the busy road and the restaurants below was a bit much for my liking. Could use better soundproofing to enhance the stay. Still, the overall experience was lovely and worth trying.

The decor throughout the hotel caught my attention with its modern charm. I loved the friendliness of the staff, particularly the porter who offered help with a warm smile. The city view from my room was a highlight, providing an unexpected delightful perspective on the surroundings.

Unfortunately, our experience was marred by pests, including cockroaches and red ants that appeared in the room. The layout felt cramped, lacking natural light and offering little beyond basic furnishings. The street address created some confusion for our driver, which might be frustrating when you first arrive.

i love staying at chill suites! the location is perfect, near central attractions and plenty of restaurants. the suite with city view was spacious and clean. the staff, especially nhu linh at reception, were super friendly and went out of their way to make my stay pleasant. the variety of recreational opportunities is a nice touch.
